PHASE I
THE INTERVIEW - Come meet our team! The interview helps us get to know one another and determine if we are a good fit. This time is spent discussing your vision for your new home and real talk about the construction process. Our goal is to have great communication and that starts with realistic expectations. We welcome all of your concerns, fears, questions and excitement!
Interested in starting the process?
PHASE II
DESIGN & BUDGET - This is where we start the initial design process. Whether you bring house plans or not, we can help work with you and an architect to design a home that fits your family. At the end of this process you will have a full set of house plans tailored to your needs and a very specific budget. Most of our clients complete this phase within 3-6 months.
Phase iii
LET’S BUILD - This is where the ideas come to life. Most new construction homes take 10-12 months on average. Building can feel overwhelming, but we are committed to making the process feel enjoyable and exciting. Our mission is to build a house you are excited to call home.
